Refund policy

At Neurogena, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit your return request through our Return Portal or by contacting us at info@neurogena.us.

  2. Our customer service team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to your package, include your RMA number inside, and drop it off at the carrier location specified.

⚠️ Please note: Unauthorized returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Neurogena will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your bank or card issuer requires additional time, processing may take longer.

Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Neurogena.us.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or non-Neurogena handling are not eligible for refund.
