Lifetime Warranty

Customers who purchase the Lifetime Warranty & Free Replacement option at checkout receive extended coverage for their product, subject to the following terms:

Coverage

  • Covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur during normal use of the product.

  • Covers free replacement of the product if deemed defective under warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Cosmetic wear-and-tear that does not affect product performance.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

Duration

  • “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the original purchaser’s ownership of the product.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original order.

Conditions

  • The warranty must be purchased at the time of product checkout.

  • A valid proof of purchase from Neurogena.us is required for all claims.

  2. Our support team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Upon receipt and verification, a free replacement product will be shipped to you.
