I ordered the XL/2XL size. I measure a 40"waist and my abdomen is about 44". I think if I was an inch thicker, I would need a larger size. However, this worked fine for me. I like my support to be tighter and this did the job. I hand washed it and air dried it and it still performed the same

Wonderful! Had stretched back lifting 110+ pound dog. Any move caused major ache. This belt was wide, supportive & permitted flexibility so no restriction! Adjustable amount of support via the velcro-type belts.

I tried it for a few days I felt relief but I ended up returning it because I needed money for my rent, thankfully the return process was easy and smooth but top of that, the delivery man was really rude.

I wear a size XL/2XL and have a big stomach at the bottom and this still fit perfect. would high recommend to the SSBBW that need back support.

Product works as described. Sizing was fairly accurate. I’m 6’2”, 300lbs and ordered an XL and it fit perfectly. Straps are securing. Velcro is high quality. I have used it on my morning gym routines and it provides tons of support for my lumbar and sciatic. Would recommend!

I was hesitant to order this out of fear that it was pricey and probably wouldn't help with lower back issues. I experience low back pain as a result of bad knees and bad posture related to them. Following knee replacement, the big issue was restoring strength in my lower back and hips, making standing for long periods of time difficult and painful. Surprise! This back brace really helps! I don't wear it every day, my PT recommends not doing that, but I wear it when I know the day is going to involve lots of standing or bending. It is a sturdy piece. The strength of the material is super, provides lots of comfortable support for my lower back. I love that it is so easy to adjust because my needs change during the day--sometimes more support is needed, sometimes less. I am a larger lady--almost 6ft tall. This is not a tiny brace, it is substantial but not bulky. I have a long torso and it's a great fit. Couldn't be happier and the quality

In the early 90's I wore these back braces daily building homes. Mainly while framing walls and being bent over all day. 1 thing that was must was having a back brace that stretched. A rigid brace works great if you don't need to bend. This brace has some stretchiness to it like those I wore in construction which allow you to bend over. With that said this brace is the perfect design for me working in healthcare. I push a machine daily, sit and bend a lot. AND you can really get it tight. The key is overlapping the brace snug before you add the outer stretchy adjusters. Make sure the adjusters are not attached to the belt at all and let them hang to the side. When you have the belt fitted then add the side adjusters and pull them to disired tightness. If I'm out running errands I adjust it as tight as it will go. So far no tears and the velcro is staying attached. Great buy!!

I can stand and walk longer while wearing the brace. It gives great support and I am glad I ordered after reading so many helpful reviews.
